Agreement Terms & Conditions

Findyourbetting Tips Terms of Service / End User License Agreement for Findyourbettingtips.com (the "AGREEMENT") is a binding legal agreement between you and Findyourbetting Tips regarding the above software product, including any associated software components, media, printed material, audio files, and online or electronic documentation ("SOF"). By installing, copying, clicking to accept or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of the AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT fully governs the relationship between you and Findyour Betting Tips (LICENSOR), and it supersedes any prior agreement between you and any assumptions not set forth in the Agreement shall be deemed void. If you are unable to accept the terms of the AGREEMENT, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is covered by copyright and international treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

The following general terms and conditions apply to all people who are registered with an active subscription to Findyour betting tips. Upon creation, these are accepted.

Certificate

You must be 18 or older to sign up and subscribe to an expert at Findyourbetting Tips.

Sharing the same user with Findyourbetting tips is not allowed. Your profile is personal and therefore it is forbidden to share with others. Violation of this rule may result in permanent exclusion from the website.

Rights and Restrictions

(a) Copyright Information
It is not permitted to remove or modify any copyright information on copies / copies of the SOFTWARE.
(b) Distribution
Copies / copies of the SOFTWARE to third parties are not permitted.
(c) Prohibition on reverse engineering, decompilation and separation
It is prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile and disassemble the SOFTWARE or otherwise attempt to disclose the SOFTWARE source code, unless - and only to the extent - the action is expressly permitted by applicable law that applies regardless of this prohibition. .
(d) Rental
The SOFTWARE is not allowed to rent, lease or lend to third parties.
(e) Marketing to third parties
THE SOFTWARE including titles, figures, logos or images may not be marketed or otherwise distributed for sale without the express consent of Findyourbetting Tips. The ban also includes dynamic downloading and any other system that may be an attempt to bypass Findyourbetting tips's usual distribution channels.
(f) Support Services
It is possible that Findyourbetting tips will provide support services related to the SOFTWARE. Any additional software code that may be provided must be considered part of the SOFTWARE and is subject to the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT. (g) Compliance with applicable law
Applicable law must be observed when using the SOFTWARE.

Termination

In the event of breach of the AGREEMENT, Findyour Betting Tips - without prejudice to any other breach of authority - may terminate this termination immediately. If necessary, you must immediately destroy / delete any copy / copy of the SOFTWARE you may own.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and delete your user at Findyourbettingtips.com.

Copyright

The proprietary rights, including copyrights, of the SOFTWARE and any copy / copy thereof belong to Findyourbetting Tips or its suppliers. The proprietary rights and intellectual property rights over content / material accessed through the use of the SOFTWARE are the property of their respective owners and may be protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. THE AGREEMENT does not give you the right to use such content / material. Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved for Findyour Betting Tips.

Warranties

Findyour betting tips provide no guarantees regarding the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES REGARDING ITS MERCHANTABILITY, INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS OR ITS SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Findyour betting tips do not represent or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information, text, graphics, links or other topics contained in the SOFTWARE. Findyourbetting tips do not guarantee damages that may result from the transmission of computer viruses, "worms", "time bombs", "logic bombs" or other computer programs. Findyour betting tips do not guarantee that the SOFTWARE may be used for its intended purpose if products / programs of third parties with which the SOFTWARE has interfaces are changed, updated or modified. Findyourbetting tips provide no guarantees to authorized users or third parties.
To the extent that, as a result of the applicable, mandatory right, the above cannot be fully enforced, the provision must be maintained to the fullest extent possible.

Disclaimer

Findyour betting tips cannot be held liable for any loss (including, but not limited to, lost profits, disruptions, lost information or other indirect losses) resulting from an authorized user's use of or failure to use THE SOFTWARE, which applies, although Findyour betting tips may have been briefed on the risk of such losses. Findyourbetting tips cannot be held responsible for the contents of the SOFTWARE or any part thereof, including in relation to, but not limited to, errors or omissions therein, libel, infringement of the right of disclosure, privacy, trademark rights, operating disruption, personal injury, infringement of privacy, ideal rights, or disclosure of confidential information.
If the disclaimer as a result of applicable, indispensable law cannot be fully enforced, Findyourbetting's liability for loss must be limited as far as possible under applicable law.

Subscription and Payment

General terms and conditions for the purchase of Findyourbettingtips subscription plan applicable per June 9, 2020.

Findyour betting tips subscription per expert ($ 199 / month). The subscription is renewed automatically and the price includes VAT.

Subscription gives access to the chosen expert's betting tips. Findyour betting tips are not responsible for any losses or the number of betting tips the experts provide. If you have misread or interpreted a betting tip on our website, you are responsible for this. Misreading or misunderstanding tips will always be the responsibility of the user.
It should be emphasized that findyourbetting tips do not guarantee profits, however, the experts try to achieve the best results for all users.

If you cancel a subscription with an expert, you will still have access to his betting tips the following month. Findyourbettingtips does not guarantee that an expert will be removed from the findyourbettingtips.com website without notice. However, Findyourbetting Tips strives to notify this minimum 30 days prior to termination. The user is not entitled to a refund of his monthly subscription or access to another expert upon a sudden termination, but findyourbetting tips can always be contacted for the purpose of entering into a unique agreement / compensation to reduce the loss to the user.

Change Terms

Price changes are notified no later than 14 days before the entry into force, and other terms with one month's notice. If significant changes occur, an email will be sent. Minor changes and changes that are not to the customer's disadvantage are not normally notified.

CANCELLATION

You have a 14 day cancellation period when you order a service. The deadline runs from the day the agreement was concluded. If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline, you must give your consent for the delivery to commence and for the deadline to stop when the service is fully delivered. Thus, you waive the right of withdrawal as the service begins immediately.

LAW AND JUSTICE

The above agreement with Findyour betting tips is governed by Danish law and any disputes must be settled by Danish courts.
